The heart is the center of our emotional well-being and our ability to give and receive love. When we guard our hearts—often as a defense mechanism against pain or trauma—we create barriers that prevent love and healing from entering, we shield from receiving, we aren’t able to live IN THE PRESENT moment. This protective stance can stem from deep-seated beliefs of not feeling deserving of love or healing but also being told you “cannot heal naturally” or “natural healing is pseudoscience” these statements which are told often like an echo chamber provide nothing for people but HOPELESSNESS>low-self-esteem, unworthiness, not “lucky”.

When we reject the stories of other naturally healing by saying “My dis-ease is worse and there is no way I could feel as good as her/him”, “I am not lucky enough to achieve healing like that”, “I am in RUT and will always be in a rut”. This leads to feelings of isolation, resentment, and emotional disconnection. By not allowing ourselves to be vulnerable and open, we not only guard against potential hurt but also shut ourselves off from the healing power of love both from ourselves and others.

Restoring balance to the heart space, it’s crucial to confront these limiting beliefs. Acknowledging that we are deserving of love, and healing is the first step toward opening up and allowing emotional energy to flow freely. Practices that help focus on self-compassion, forgiveness, and cultivating safe connections with others can help dismantle the walls we’ve built around our hearts, leading to a more harmonious balance within the hear center.

This holistic approach fosters a sense of wholeness and empowers us to confront challenges with resilience, not settling for less than and standing tall with a heart pierced with the DIVINE LIGHT.

The energetics involved in this transformative work creates a powerful ripple effect that extends beyond us—we emit LOVE and Illuminate the path for others. We all thread/contribute to the tapestry of healing within our communities. This interconnectedness reminds us that our work is not done in isolation.
