We can know all our labs, we can know “what’s wrong”, we can eat the right foods but if we don’t truly BELIEVE in transforming our lives and if we don’t do things to reduce our STRESS then we are just spinning our wheels.
The first step to healing and overcoming chronic issues is BELIEVING in the TRANSFORMATION. Silence the inner critic that tells you “You can’t do this”, “You are not good enough”, “You aren’t a lucky one”.
Our ego will talk us out of TRANSFORMATION AKA HEALING, it wants to keep you “safe” in your comfort zone but is it really your comfort zone? I would say no, comfort is healing, comfort is healing, comfort is stability, so this is more so a “rut” zone. Ego wants to keep you safe even if that means you aren’t happy or living your full potential. Whatever is keeping you ALIVE and SAFE right now is what your ego wants.
But if you are here than you know deep down you are meant for more. You want a THRIVING life, and your health is holding you back, I get it; I have been there many times.
Before starting your holistic Transformation, I want you write down your health and LIFE goals. Write some short-term goals like withing the next 30-60 days and focus on those first. People around you will unintentionally try to talk you out of it but the test is to see your resilience through all the noise. When you listen to the voice and inside and you take action—you will not be disappointed.
