Those were large containers of herbs to make your recipe. Where do you obtain your herbs?

Thank you so much for bringing Miralax to our attention! I started researching PEG before the scamdemic and was horrified to learn that PEG was in the jabs!

The FDA knew it harmed people.

Here is the proof they know!

I’ve not heard of using that much herb in one tea. Where do you get the measurements from?

This is not the dried herb. This is make a tea for an adult and only given what the dosage chart says.

So looking at the chart I have here

You make a cup of 8oz tea as per whatever recipe you use. Then the tea you have you would then only give 1/2-1 teaspoon of that liquid for a child <2 years old, 2-4 years old will have 2 tsp of the liquid, 4-7 year olds will have 1 tablespoon of the liquid , 7-12 year old will have 2 tablespoons of liquid. Does that make sense now?

Hi, my daughter has spina bifida and gets constipated due to nerve damage. She takes Movicol daily. Is it as bad as morals? We have tried more natural remedies in the past but had no luck with them

Both have PEG unfortunately. I’m sorry to hear of your struggles with constipation and gas.

Natural remedies versus natural solutions is the difference. Remedies are band aids, I hope to provide you with the solutions.

Gluten free diet, organic psyllium husk daily is what works wonders for us.

High dose vitamin C can cause acute renal injury and failure. Do not recommend this.

I’m not advising anyone to do anything. 2 capsules once a day is enough to keep things regular for the people that I know who prefer this over Miralax. That’s 1000 mg. I know of IV clinics (which I’ve never used) giving people 50,000 mg IV, which would be “high dose”. Also, it would be very hard for whatever’s unabsorbed of 1000 mg of vitamin C in the colon to affect anyone’s kidneys.

You have to be detailed anytime you give advice like this. Natural foods and eating heal constipation, no need for extra supplements.
