You don’t need a parasite cleanse right now, I know, I know—the headlines currently “Parasites are causing Cancer”. This is a headline to keep people in the constant loop. These are distractions, to keep you always wanting and searching for more that is outside of yourself.

If you are sick and you do a parasite cleanse or you take anti-parasitic drugs/herbs; you are likely going to feel worse, and the toxins are going to flood your system and you are going to circulating a lot of toxins within your body and your body is most likely not ready to excrete the toxins appropriately. I am sure you have heard of the detox pathways—this is what I am talking about. Your eating and nutritional practices are what is most important here.

I want this information to EMPOWER you! I am not leading you to a DEAD END road here.

The parasites are the clean-up crew, clean your body, clean your diet…you will feel better, and these parasites will have no reason to stay. If in the future like 1-2 years from now you want to “try” a parasite cleanse be sure to buy from a trusted herbalist that makes their own products, follow the plan, be sure you have bowel movements daily (you may have to do enemas if you are prone to constipation), take binders.

When we lose weight as well, we increase toxic overload in our bodies so when you are on a weight loss journey, support your body with good foods and herbs.

Breathe life into your body and life…no more trying to kill off everything. Like I have said before, we have to get out of mainstream mindset to “kill off everything”.

A few things to address:

  • go gluten and wheat free

  • avoid all alcohol

  • limit caffeine to 3-4 cups a week only

  • support healthy stomach acid (apple cider vinegar)

    • we cover the herbs and foods as well to do this in the video above.

  • find support (that is why I built this community)

  • address and manager your stress levels (breath work)

  • add foods and herbs that heal the gut

  • don’t overuse concentrated herbal medicines, antibiotics, steroids because this will create more issues withing and it makes resistant bugs, parasites and illnesses.
